Julisa Hoevertsz is a seasoned media professional, voice artist and creative strategist with a powerful presence in Aruba’s communication and radio landscape. She hosts Morning Muse on Canal 90 FM, one of the island’s most listened-to programs, a trusted space for real talk, great music and authentic energy that connects listeners across generations.

With over two decades of experience in public relations, marketing strategy and content creation, Julisa founded Élever Strategy & Solutions in 2014. Her agency supports public figures, businesses and campaigns across Aruba and beyond, always grounded in creativity, integrity and emotional intelligence.

Julisa holds a degree in Executive Administration and is a Certified Legal Advisor in Corporate Law, blending structure and strategy with storytelling and vision. A former Vice President of the Aruba Chamber of Commerce, she has co-organized international trade missions and helped bridge partnerships that connect Aruba to the region.

Her creative journey began at just 15, when she started singing in a local band, the spark that ignited her lifelong passion for music and performance. Today, she leads Enkura, her own band dedicated to preserving rhythm, energy and Aruba’s musical heritage.

Fluent in four languages, Julisa moves easily between cultures and platforms, from boardrooms to stages, using her voice to inspire, connect and create impact. She’s been a TEDx licensee, an event host and a driving force behind campaigns and conferences that empower and uplift.

Beyond her professional life, Julisa is a proud mother of three and has shared more than 30 years of partnership with her husband. Her life experiences have shaped her into a strong advocate for mental wellness and neurodiversity.
