Julisa Hoevertsz is a seasoned media professional, voice artist, and creative strategist with a powerful presence in Aruba’s communication and radio landscape. As the host of Morning Muse on Canal 90 FM, she’s known for her vibrant voice, relatable storytelling, and ability to connect deeply with her audience. Her morning show remains one of the most listened-to programs on the island — a trusted space for real talk, great music, and authentic energy.

With over two decades of experience in public relations, content creation, and marketing strategy, Julisa founded Élever Strategy & Solutions in 2014. Her work has supported public figures, businesses, and campaigns across Aruba and beyond — always rooted in creativity, integrity, and emotional intelligence.

 Julisa holds a degree in executive administration and is a certified legal advisor in business law. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience, gives her a unique edge in bridging strategy with storytelling. She’s been a TEDx licensee, an event host, and a creative force behind impactful communication efforts — yet today, she chooses to focus on purpose-driven projects, partner collaborations, and using her voice and platform to inspire others. 

Julisa is also a passionate photographer, capturing life’s beauty through her lens, and working on launching her own collection of visual art.

Beyond her professional roles, Julisa is a proud mother of three — two adult daughters and a teenage son — and has been with her husband for over 30 years. She’s a community leader, a former Vice President of the Aruba Chamber of Commerce, and a strong advocate for neurodiversity and mental wellness.

Having overcome burnout and embraced deep personal transformation, Julisa continues to evolve with intention, grace, and grit. She believes in second chances, the power of authentic voices, and the beauty of rising — again and again.
